2. Booking and Appointments

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the booking assistant or by contacting us directly.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellation Policy

The AI assistant does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or professional recommendations beyond appointment scheduling.

By using our booking services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and the AI assistant interface, is owned by Nails by Tasha and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
